MEMORABILIA FROM THE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

Jan/Feb 1971          Souvenir Menu

One of the most beautiful souvenir menu cards. This complimentary copy was used for Elvis´ engagement at the International Hotel in Las Vegas from January 26 thru February 23, 1971. In march 1971 the International became the Las Vegas Hilton after it was purchased by Barron Hilton. The colorful menu measures 9 x 12”. A beautiful addition to any collection.
Value: 150 - 200 US$

Summer 1971          Souvenir Menu

Here comes the next great souvenir menu card from 1971. This one was used for Elvis´ engagement at the International Hotel in Las Vegas from August 9 thru September 6, 1971 . Even though Hilton became the new owner in march 1971, this menu still shows the International Hotel logos. The beautiful menu measures 9 x 11”.
Value : 175 - 225 US$

1971                         Souvenir Postcard - ELVIS NOW

It is likely, that this large complimentary postcard was first used for Elvis’ January - February engagement, as it still has the International logo on it, but may have also been available during the 1971 Summer Festival aswell. However, the great action shot of Elvis on stage was taken during his famous summer engagement in 1970. The postcard measures 5 x 6 3/4” and has a facsimile signature of Elvis on the front.
Value: 25 - 35 US$

1971                         Souvenir Poster - Teddy Bear Edition

This mini poster was probably first used during Elvis’ Summer Festival in 1971. A second edition of this poster exists, where the backside announces Elvis’ engagement thru September 6th. The second edition already has the Hilton Hotel logo on it, but it may also be a later print. However, I felt comfortabel with the cogitation that this poster is still a International Hotel product. The poster measures 7 x 12”.
Value: 30 - 40 US$

Jan/Feb 1972          Souvenir Menu - Red Edition

The very first souvenir menu for an Elvis engagement with the Hilton logo on it. This round menu (11”) is noticeable bigger than the one from the Summer Festival 1973, wich can be found below. This menu has a burgundy-red backround and lettering. These menus will look fantastic when they are framed!
Value: 120 - 150 US$

Jan/Feb 1972          Souvenir Menu - Orange Edition

As the menu above, this one was also used for Elvis´ engagement at the Las Vegas Hilton from January 26 thru February 23, 1972. But this copy comes with a dark orange backround and lettering. Actually, this menu exists in four different colors. As you can see, three of them have different shades of red, while the fourth one has a gold colored backround.
Value: 100 - 150 US$

Jan/Feb 1972          Souvenir Menu - Brown Edition

Well, as promised a long time ago, here we finally have the third red colored menu. This color is pretty close to the orange edition, as seen above and it is rather a shade of brown than a red color, but however it appears to be a mix of the both colors from above. The gold colored menu is, without doubt, the rarest menu from this set and hopefully I will include it someday to this collection.
Value: 100 - 150 US$
